Late Check-Out: There is a fee of 50 USD for late check-out until 13:00. After that time, the full day will be charged.
Unauthorized Entry and Guests: A fee of 15 USD will be applied for each unregistered guest not included in the initial reservation per night.
Property Damages: Repair or replacement costs will be charged for damages to the property or items in the apartment.
Lost Keys: A fee of 30 USD will be applied for key loss.
Lock Replacement: A fee of 70 USD will be charged for lock replacement.
General Rules:

Security: To maintain residence security, ensure you close the inner and outer gates when leaving and make sure everything is securely closed.
Respect and Quiet: Please respect our neighbors and avoid loud noises after 10 p.m.
No Smoking: Smoking inside the property is prohibited; please use designated areas.
Property Care: Treat the property with respect; take care of the furniture and facilities.
Check-Out: Check out at the designated time and follow the instructions.
Towels on the Furniture: Before departing, place used towels on the furniture.
Security: Lock the doors when you leave and return the keys discreetly to the master lock or key box.
Trash: Dispose of trash in the designated containers.
Visitors: Inform us if you plan to receive additional visitors.
Rule Compliance: Non-compliance may result in additional charges or early termination of your stay.
Please do not take anything from the apartment that is not your property; otherwise, charges will be applied through Airbnb.
