Late Checkout: Up to 13:00 incurs a charge of 18 USD. After that time, a full-day charge will be applied.

Unauthorized Entry and Guests: A fee of 15 USD will be applied for each unregistered guest beyond the initially reserved number per night.

Lost Keys: A fee of 30 USD will be applied for lost keys.
Lock Change: A fee of 70 USD will be charged for a lock change.

General Rules:

Security: To maintain residence security, ensure the internal and external gates are locked upon leaving and make sure everything is securely closed.

Respect and Silence: Respect our neighbors and avoid loud noises after 10 p.m.

No Smoking: Smoking inside the property is prohibited; use designated areas.

Property Care: Treat the property with respect; take care of furniture and facilities.

Check-out: Check out at the designated time and follow the instructions.
Towels on the Furniture: Before leaving, place used towels on the furniture.

Security: Lock the doors when leaving and discreetly return the keys to the master lock or key box.

Garbage: Dispose of trash in designated containers.

Visitors: Inform if you plan to receive additional visitors.

Compliance with Rules: Non-compliance may result in additional charges or early termination of the stay.

Do not take anything from the villa that is not your property; otherwise, you will be charged through Airbnb.
